Qualifying Spanish Language Oral Test: Candidates will be scheduled for the Spanish Language Oral Test on an individual basis after the multiple choice test has been completed. Candidates must pass the Spanish Language Oral Test at Level 1 proficiency, defined as: limited oral language proficiency with unsophisticated but understandable simple conversation skills. Candidates must pass all parts of this examination in order to be eligible to be considered for appointment.
