Qualifying Spanish Language Oral Test: Candidates will be scheduled for the Spanish Language Oral Test on an individual basis after the multiple-choice test has been completed. Candidates must pass the Spanish Language Oral Test at Level 1 proficiency, defined as: limited oral language proficiency with unsophisticated but understandable simple conversation skills. Candidates must pass all parts of this examination in order to be eligible to be considered for appointment.
